摘要 为探究以不同水泥作为胶结剂对充填体强度的影响,进行以水泥类型、料浆灰砂比、质量浓度以及龄期为影响因素、以充填体单轴抗压强度为评价指标正交试验,通过极差分析和方差分析研究各因素对胶结充填体抗压强度的敏感程度。结果表明,对胶结充填体抗压强度的影响程度顺序为:水泥类型>龄期>灰砂比>质量浓度,以P·O52.5水泥作为胶结剂的充填体其强度最大,以P·S32.5水泥为胶结剂的充填体其强度最小;方差分析表明,灰砂比和龄期对胶结充填体强度的影响显著,充填料浆的质量浓度对充填体强度的影响最小。因胶结剂费用对充填成本的影响大,在制定满足强度要求的充填方案时应考虑水泥的市场售价。 In order to explore the influences of different cements as cementing agents on the strength of the filling body,orthogonal tests were carried out taking the cement type,cement-to-sand ratio,mass concentration and curing age as the influencing factors,as well as the uniaxial compressive strength of filling body as the evaluation index.The sensitivity of each factor to uniaxial compressive strength was studied through the range analysis and the variance analysis.The results show that the influence order is cement type>curing age>cement-to-sand ratio>mass concentration.The strength of filing body with P·O52.5 cement is the largest,and that with P·S32.5 cement is the smallest.Variance analysis shows that cement-to-sand ratio and curing age have significant effects on compressive strength,and the mass concentration of filling slurry has the least impact on compressive strength.Since the cost of cementing agent has a large influence on the filling cost,the market prices of cement should be considered during making the filling method meeting the strength requirements.
