数字化预防接种门诊系统的应用与展望 被引量:8

摘要 目的了解数字化预防接种门诊系统的应用和研究现状,为其发展和建设提供依据。方法检索2010-2019年近十年CNKI(中国知网)数据库中获得相关文献;采用统计学方法,利用Excel从年发文量变化、主题研究、区域分布和省市分布角度制作图表,进行可视化分析;与建设情况变化做对比验证,以疫苗事件为线索,对文献内容汇总。结果相关文献研究变化与建设情况变化趋势基本一致;每次疫苗事件之后都会引起数字化预防接种门诊系统的讨论、研究和建设高潮;接种环境优化、接种流程化、无纸化和快速统计分析是数字化预防接种门诊系统的基本要求,其中预检和留观环节被重视。结论需进一步加强数字化预防接种门诊建设,提高预防接种环境的舒适感和接种安全性。 Objective To understand the application and research status of digital prophylactic vaccination clinic system and provide the basis for corresponding development and construction.Methods Relevant literatures were acquired by searching CNKI(China National Knowledge Internet)database in the past ten years from 2010 to 2019.Use statistical methods,Excel was used to visually analyze the changes in the number of articles published,thematic research,regional distribution,and provincial and municipal distribution.The vaccine incident was used as a thread to summarize the contents of literatures by comparing and verifying the construction situation.Results The changes in relevant literature research basically match the changes in actual number of constructions;each vaccine event will cause the peak for discussion,research and construction of digital prophylactic vaccination clinic system;the vaccination environment optimization,vaccination process,paperless and rapid statistical analysis are basic requirements of digital vaccination outpatient system,in which the pre-examination and observation links are valued.Conclusion It is necessary to further strengthen the construction of digital vaccination clinics and improve the comfort and safety of vaccination environment.
