摘要
目的:基于医疗设备全生命周期的基本点,构建基于物联网技术的医疗设备全生命周期管理系统。方法:搭建三层浏览器与服务器(B/S)结构的网络系统,建立医疗设备状态评估数据库。通过建立数学模型,获取设备维护绩效评估、设备不良事件的追溯性报告。结果:医疗设备全生命周期管理系统为医院管理系统、设备维护保养和设备数据分析时节省了时间和人力,有效提高了工作效率,应用该系统后设备不良事件可追溯性失败率由系统使用前的44%降低至14.7%,实现了医疗设备的精细化、智能化和规范化管理。结论:借助医疗设备全生命周期的管理系统,可有效提升医疗资源合理利用和医疗设备管理效率。
Objective:To construct whole life-cycle management system of medical equipment based on internet of things on the basic point of whole life-cycle of medical equipment.Methods:A database of condition assessment of medical equipment was established through constructed a network system with browser and server(B/S)structures of three tiers.The performance assessment of equipment maintenance and the traceability report of adverse events of equipment were obtained through established mathematical model.Results:The whole life-cycle management system of medical equipment saved time and manpower for management system,equipment maintenance and equipment data analysis of hospital.And it effectively improved work efficiency.After the system was applied,the failure rate of the traceability of adverse events of equipment was reduced from 44%pre application to 14.7%,and the refined,intelligent and standardized management of medical equipment were realized.Conclusion:Whole life-cycle management system of medical equipment can effectively improve the rational use of medical resources and the management efficiency of medical equipment.
