摘要
目的:探讨骶骨后路横切口治疗骶骨肿瘤的疗效。方法:收集2013-2019年通过手术治疗的骶骨肿瘤患者20例,其中男16例,女4例,年龄18~76岁,其中ASIA分级E级的有12例,ASIA分级D级的有8例,按手术切口不同,将患者分为后入路横切口组及后入路倒“Y”型切口组,记录患者手术出血量、手术时间、术后患者恢复情况等资料进行对比。结果:16例患者行后入路横行切口,手术时间为(173.9±65.69)min,术中出血量为(1493.75±1261.46)mL,其中1例患者出现切口愈合差的情况。4例患者行后入路倒“Y”型切口,手术时间为(285±116.19)min,术中出血量为(4250±759.39)mL,其中2例患者出现切口愈合不良,所有患者均获得完整的病理报道和随访。结论:骶骨后入路横切口可以在完整切除肿瘤同时,做到出血量少,手术时间短,感染率低的临床疗效。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of posterior transverse incision in the treatment of sacral tumors.Methods:Twenty patients with sacral tumors treated by surgery from 2013 to 2019 were collected,including 16 males and 4 females,aged 18~76 years,including ASIA grade E in 12 cases,8 cases of ASIA grade D.According to different surgical incisions,the patients were divided into posterior transverse incision and posterior inverted"Y"type incision.The patient's blood loss,operation time and postoperative patient recovery were recorded.All the data were compared.Results:Sixteen patients underwent transverse incision.The operation time was(173.9±65.69)min,and the intraoperative blood loss was(1493.75±1261.46)mL.One patient had poor incision healing.Four patients underwent a posterior approach with a inverted"Y"incision.The operation time was(285±116.19)min,and the intraoperative blood loss was(4250±759.39)mL.Two of the patients had poor wound healing.All patients obtained complete pathological reports and Follow-up.Conclusion:The transverse incision of the posterior approach can achieve complete clinical resection of the tumor,with less bleeding,short operation time and low infection rate.
