摘要
新建玉溪至磨憨铁路曼勒一号隧道DK448+820~DK448+925段围岩等级为V级,强度较弱,属于软岩富水及高地应力段,修建过程中,发生塌方事故的风险性极高。然而,当前的预加固工艺并不能满足该工程加固要求,适用性较差。为此,对该段落软弱围岩铁路隧道超前预加固适用性进行研究。首先进行软弱围岩铁路隧道超前预加固工艺适用性改进,即改进小导管注浆加固技术的注浆材料,并结合大管棚技术进行优化加固;对超前预加固工艺适用性改进效果进行分析与评价。结果表明:软弱围岩铁路隧道超前预加固工艺改进后,适用性和经济性均有所提升。
The section DK448+820~DK448+925 of the newly built Manle No.1 Tunnel from Yuxi to Mohan Railway is the soft surrounding rock of grade V,which is water-rich and high in-situ stress section.During the construction process,the risk of landslide accident is very high.However,the current pre-reinforcement technology can not meet the reinforcement requirements of the project,and its applicability is poor.For this reason,the applicability research of advance reinforcement of railway tunnel in soft surrounding rock is carried out.The research is divided into two parts.The first part is to improve the suitability of the pre-strengthening technology of railway tunnel in soft surrounding rock,that is,to improve the grouting material of small pipe grouting technology,and to optimize the reinforcement by combining the large pipe-shed technology.In the second part,the applicability improvement effect of the advance pre-strengthening process is analyzed and evaluated.The results show that the applicability and economy of railway tunnel in soft surrounding rock are improved after the improvement of the pre-strengthening technology.
