摘要
基于2005-2017年的铁路列车时刻表数据,构建多时期DID模型评估了高铁开通对城市创新质量的影响。结果表明:高铁开通能够显著提升城市创新质量,且这种促进作用在创新主体、区域与行业等方面均具有一定异质性。使用城市间旅行时间数据构建高铁网络并进行进一步的机制检验发现,通过缩短旅行时间,高铁开通可提高城市在铁路网络中的地位与市场可达性,最终实现城市创新质量的提升。
Based on the railway timetable data from 2005 to 2017,evaluating the impact of highspeed railway on urban innovation quality by constructing a multi-period DID model.The results show that the opening of high-speed rail can significantly improve the quality of urban innovation,and the promoting effect has a certain degree of heterogeneity in the aspects of innovation subjects,regions and industries.By using inter-city travel time data to construct highspeed rail network and further mechanism test,it is found that by shortening travel time,the opening of high-speed rail can improve the centrality and market accessibility of cities in the railway network,and finally realize the improvement of innovation quality.
