摘要
利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、万能试验机和导电仪等分析测试了含Ce和不含Ce 6063铝合金的显微组织和性能。结果表明,加入0.1%的Ce,能够细化6063铝合金组织,强化第二相,使硬度下降3.8%,弯曲强度提升74.5%,电阻率下降12.4%,腐蚀率下降0.08%,综合性能得到提升。
The microstructure and properties of 6063 aluminum alloy with and without cerium were studied by means of microscope,SEM,universal testing machine and conductivity meter.The results showed that the addition of 0.1%Ce can refine the structure of 6063 aluminum alloy,strengthen the second phase,decrease the hardness by 3.8%,increase the bending strength by 74.5%,decrease the electrical resistivity by 12.4%,decrease the corrosion rate by 0.08%,and improve the comprehensive properties.
