摘要
2020年新冠疫情成为国际关注的突发公共卫生事件,国际形势更趋复杂化、极端化,博物馆也面临前所未有的挑战。疫情期间,博物馆纷纷采用线上展览、云直播等方式,力图使博物馆转"危"为"机"。扬州博物馆顺势而为,在常态化服务中彰显平等理念,通过云上观博、提高馆内人员业务素质、传承创新等方式推动博物馆平等化建设。在后疫情时代,博物馆界应秉持多元和包容之心态,从数字化、线上宣传、线下互动等方面创新服务方式,从而推动博物馆范畴的"平等化"建设和社会的"平等化"发展。
In 2020,the COVID-19 became a public health emergency of international concern,leading to a more complex and extreme international situation,which has brought unprecedented challenges to museums.Museums have adopted practices such as online exhibitions and live cloud broadcasting in an attempt to turn the"crisis"into"opportunities".Yangzhou Museum has responded to this trend by embedding the concept of equality in its regular services and promoting the equality by online exhibitions,improving the professionalism of museum staff,and highlighting tradition and innovation.In the post-pandemic era,the museum community should uphold a pluralistic and inclusive mindset and innovate its services in terms of digitalization,online promotion,and offline interaction,thus promoting the construction of"equality"in the museum sphere and the development of"equality"in society.
