河北保定地区草莓根腐病病原鉴定及室内毒力测定 被引量:12

Pathogen identification and indoor virulence determination of strawberry root rot in Baoding of Hebei

摘要 为了明确保定地区草莓种植地根腐病的致病菌种类以及有效的防治药剂,本试验从保定地区草莓主要种植地采集草莓根腐病病株,采用组织分离法分离纯化菌株,并进行形态学和分子生物学鉴定,最后进行室内毒力测定。结果表明,引起保定地区草莓根腐病的病原菌为新拟盘多毛孢(Neopestalotiopsis clavispora)。将分离的菌株回接到草莓植株上,又重新分离鉴定得到该致病菌。毒力测定结果显示,吡唑醚菌酯和苯醚甲环唑对新拟盘多毛孢的抑制效果最好,EC50值分别为0.004 8和0.013 6 mg/mL,其次是福美双、克菌丹和异菌脲,多菌灵、甲霜·噁霉灵和霜霉威的抑制效果较差。由此可见,保定地区草莓根腐病的致病菌是新拟盘多毛孢(Neopestalotiopsis clavispora),有效防治药剂为吡唑醚菌酯和苯醚甲环唑。 The study aims to clarify the types of pathogenic bacteria and effectively control agents for root rot of strawberry cultivation in Baoding City. Strawberry root rot diseased plants were collected from the main strawberry planting areas in Baoding City, the strains were separated and purified by tissue separation method, and morphological and molecular biological identification were carried out. Finally, the indoor virulence test was conducted. The results showed that the pathogen causing strawberry root rot in Baoding area was Neopetalotiopsis clavispora. The isolated strain was returned to the strawberry, and the pathogenic bacteria were re-isolated. The virulence test results showed that pyraclostrobin and difenoconazole had the best inhibitory effects on Neopetalotiopsis clavispora, with EC50 values of 0.004 8 and 0.013 6 mg/mL respectively, followed by thiram, captan and isobacteria. The inhibitory effects of carbendazim, metalaxyl, hymexazol and propamocarb were poor. It can be seen that the pathogen of strawberry root rot in Baoding area is Neopetalotiopsis clavispora, and the effective control agents are pyraclostrobin and difenoconazole.
