摘要 以轿车盘式制动器为研究对象,对其主要零部件的结构参数进行了设计计算,并根据设计与计算的数据,在CATIA中对该盘式制动器进行三维建模。通过ANSYSWorkbench对该盘式制动器的制动钳以及制动钳支架件进行了静力学分析,并采用ABAQUS对制动盘进行了温度场的仿真分析。结果表明:制动钳及其支架满足设计要求,制动盘在刹车过程中温度明显升高。研究结果为盘式制动器的进一步设计和优化提供了参考。 Take the car disc brake as the research object,and the structural parameters of the main parts are designed and calculated.Based on the data of design and calculation,the disc brake is modeled in CATIA.The static analysis of the brake clamp and the brake clamp bracket of the disc brake is carried out by ANSYS Workbench,and the temperature field of the brake disc is simulated by ABAQUS.The results show that the brake clamp and its bracket meet the design requirements and the temperature of the brake disc increases obviously during the braking process.The results provide reference value for the further design and optimization of disc brakes.
