复杂含银砷硫化铜矿浮选试验对比研究 被引量:3

Comparative Study on Flotation Test of Complex Copper Sulfide Ore Containing Silver and Arsenic

摘要 针对云南某含银砷的硫化铜矿,查明了化学多元素、矿物组成、嵌布粒度和单体解离度等工艺矿物学特性,对比了混合浮选和等可浮选两种方案的选别指标。结果表明,在原矿铜、砷、银品位分别为0.41%、1.82%、16.24g/t条件下,等可浮选方案获得了铜品位为22.11%,铜回收率为66.32%的铜精矿,其中砷含量为0.45%,银品位和银回收率为438.48g/t、33.21%;混合浮选方案获得了铜品位为20.14%,铜回收率为75.14%的铜精矿,其中砷品位为0.81%,银品位和银回收率分别为413.75g/t、38.98%。混合浮选方案比等可浮选方案获得的选别指标要好,但砷含量较高。由此可以看出,铜精矿中砷品位与铜、银回收率呈同步升降关系。 The process mineralogical characteristics of a certain Ag-As bearing copper sulfide ore in Yunnan province,such as chemical multielement,mineral composition,dissemination size and monomer liberation degree were identified,and the separation indexes of bulk flotation and equal flotation were compared.The results show that copper concentrate with Cu grade of 22.11%,Cu recovery of 66.32%can be obtained by iso-flotability process when Cu grade was 0.41%,As grade of 1.82%and Ag grade of 16.24 g/t respectively,in which As content was 0.45%and Ag grade and recovery were 438.48 g/t and 33.21%respectively.In the bulk flotation process,copper concentrate with copper grade of 20.14%and copper recovery of 75.14%was obtained,in which As grade was 0.81%,Ag grade and recovery were 413.75 g/t and 38.98%respectively.The results of bulk flotation were better than those of iso-flotability,but the content of As was higher.It can be seen that As grade in copper concentrate increases and decreases synchronously with the recovery of copper and silver.
