摘要
1+X证书制度为高职人才培养设立了目标、提供了标准。为了有效推进“1”和“X”的有效衔接,以培养复合型技术技能人才为目标,借助OBE能力分析框架,用可测量和可评价的学生学习成果取代传统的难以操作的目标,针对软件技术专业开设不同专业方向的实际情况,采用“多证融合”的设计思路,将“Web前端开发职业技能等级证书”和“大数据应用技术(Java)职业技能等级证书”融入专业课程体系,实现不同专业方向紧密对接不同职业技能等级证书。在专业人才培养过程中落实1+X证书制度,培养“一专多能”的复合型技术技能人才,为学生职业能力的多方向和持续性发展提供支持,满足区域行业、企业等多元主体需求。
1+X certificate system sets goals and provides standards for higher vocational talents training.In order to promote the effective connection between"1"and"X",with the help of OBE ability analysis framework,the traditional goal which is difficult to operate can be replaced by the goal of cultivating compound technical talents with measurable and evaluable student learning achievements.According to the actual situation of different directions of software technology specialty,the"multi certificate integration"design idea is adopted,and the"web front-end development vocational skill level certificate"and"big data application technology(Java)vocational skill level certificate"are integrated into the curriculum system to realize the close connection between different specialty directions and vocational skill level certificates.The implementation of the 1+X certificate system is conducive to the cultivation of compound technical talents,providing support for the multi-directional and sustainable development of students'vocational ability and meeting the needs of regional industries,enterprises and other multiple subjects.
