黄陵二号煤矿瓦斯发电技术设计及应用 被引量:2

摘要 黄陵二号煤矿是一座高瓦斯矿井,地处天然林保护区,矿井每年有2600万Nm3纯瓦斯排到大气中,对环境造成污染。为了实现高碳产业低碳运营、黑色资源绿色开采的经营模式,黄陵二号煤矿引进瓦斯发电技术并率先在二号风井实施。瓦斯发电技术使井下排放出的瓦斯变废为宝,既减少环境污染,又确保矿井安全生产,同时产生的余热可供职工冬季采暖和日常洗浴使用,值得在黄陵二号煤矿其他风井乃至黄陵矿业公司其他高瓦斯矿井推广和应用。 Huangling No.2 Coal Mine is a high gas mine,which is located in the natural forest protection area.Every year,about 26 million Nm3 pure gas is discharged into the atmosphere,causing environmental pollution.In order to realize the business model of the low-carbon operation of high-carbon industry,and the green mining of black resources,Huangling No.2 coal mine introduced gas power generation technology and took the lead in implementing it in No.2 air shaft.Gas power generation technology turns waste gas discharged from underground into treasure,which not only reduces environmental pollution,but also ensures safe production of the mine.Meanwhile,the waste heat generated can be used for heating and daily bathing of workers in winter.It is worthy of promotion and application in other air shafts of Huangling No.2 Coal Mine and other high gas mines.
