摘要
为了使瓦斯(油型气)治理工作由“治得住”向“治得准、治得快、治得省”转变,基于煤、油、气共生矿井瓦斯(油型气)赋存特点,在黄陵矿区应用了可控冲击波煤层增透技术、水力压裂增透技术、囊袋式封孔技术等,并梳理了瓦斯(油型气)治理经验,提出了黄陵矿区瓦斯(油型气)精准抽采管理模式。研究结果表明,可控冲击波煤层增透技术可提高钻孔抽采量5.1倍,提高抽采浓度2.2倍;水力压裂煤层增透技术可提高钻孔抽采量近6倍,提高抽采浓度3.5倍,压裂影响半径可达36~54 m;囊袋式封孔技术可将本煤层钻孔瓦斯抽采浓度由18.9%提升至41.3%;根据巷道布置条件不同而采用差异化的高位裂隙钻孔技术减少了钻孔工程量,延长了钻孔服务周期。提出的瓦斯(油型气)精准抽采管理模式涵盖了区域预抽→掘前预抽→采前预抽→回采期间及回采后的瓦斯精准抽采闭合管理,实现了瓦斯(油型气)的全过程、全方位精准管控。
In order to change the gas(oil-type gas)control work from“can be controlled”to“can be controlled accurately,quickly and economically”,based on the gas(oil-type gas)occurrence characteristics of coal,oil and gas coexisting mine,the controllable shock wave coal seam permeability enhancement technology,the hydraulic fracturing permeability enhancement technology and the bag sealing technology are applied in Huangling mining area.By summarizing the experience of gas(oil-type gas)control,the management mode of gas(oil-type gas)precise extraction in Huangling mining area is put forward.The research results show that the controllable shock wave coal seam permeability enhancement technology can increase the gas extraction amount by 5.1 times and the gas drainage concentration by 2.2 times;the hydraulic fracturing coal seam permeability enhancement technology can increase the gas extraction amount by nearly 6 times and the gas drainage concentration by 3.5 times,and the fracturing radius can reach 36~54 m;the bag sealing technology can increase the gas extraction concentration from 18.9%to 41.3%.According to the different roadway layout conditions,the differentiated high-level fracture drilling technology is adopted,which reduces the drilling engineering quantity and prolongs the drilling service cycle.The proposed gas(oil-type gas)precise extraction management mode covers the gas precise extraction from regional pre-drainage,pre-drainage before excavation,pre-drainage before mining,and the gas extraction during mining and after mining,realizing the whole process and all-round precise control of gas(oil-type gas).
