30%BMCR工况下超临界锅炉水冷壁水动力安全性评估 被引量:4

Hydrodynamic Calculation and Safety Evaluation for the Water Wall in a Supercritical Boiler Under 30%BMCR

摘要 以某电厂650 MW超临界锅炉为例,针对锅炉适应深度调峰时运行安全问题,建立水冷壁流量与压力的等效回路法计算模型与螺旋管圈单管热负荷计算模型,对其在超低负荷工况下的水动力进行了计算,得到了螺旋管圈出口外壁温度分布与上下炉膛管子质量流速分布,基于验证后的计算模型计算分析了水冷壁在30%锅炉最大连续蒸发量(BMCR)工况下的水动力安全性。结果表明:超临界锅炉水冷壁螺旋管圈在30%BMCR工况下压降与质量流量曲线呈单值性,管子脉动处于稳定区且有较大裕量。 Taking the 650 MW supercritical boiler in a power plant as an example,to guarantee safety operation of the boiler during deep peak regulation process,a calculation model for flow and pressure of the water wall was established by equivalent loop method,while a heat load model was set up for a single tube in the spirally wound tubes,based on which,hydrodynamic characteristics of the water wall were calculated under ultra-low load conditions,and subsequently the outer wall temperature distribution at outlet of the spirally wound tubes and the mass velocity distribution of tubes in the upper and lower furnace were obtained.Based on the verified model,calculations and analyses were conducted on hydrodynamic safety of the water wall under 30%boiler maximum continuous rating(BMCR).Results show that the curve of pressure drop and mass flow in the spirally wound tubes of the supercritical boiler exhibits a one valued feature under 30%BMCR,and the pulsation of the tubes lies in a stable region with a large margin.
