摘要
目的探讨血凝指标检测受血液标本质量的影响。方法选取2016年2月—2019年4月在该院进行凝血指标检测的患者3322例,采用全自动凝血分析仪对选取患者的血液标本进行凝血检测,观察出现凝血异常的例数。再根据凝血的结果情况进行分组,即异常组和正常组,再对影响血凝标本质量的相关影响因素进行分析。结果对3322例血液标本进行检测,发现417例(12.55%)凝血标本存在异常,其中PT>16 s以及APTT>36 s有410例(98.32%),PT<16 s以及APTT<36 s有7例(1.68%)。影响凝血标本异常的主要影响因素有血液的采集部位、血液采集量、溶血现象以及血液放置的时间等。结论血凝指标的检测结果受到血液标本质量的影响,影响因素主要有采集部位、血液采集量、溶血现象以及血液放置的时间等,合理控制以上相关因素,确保血凝指标检测结果的准确性。
Objective To investigate the influence of blood coagulation index detection on the quality of blood samples.Methods A total of 3322 patients who underwent coagulation index testing in the hospital from February 2016 to April 2019 were selected.Automatic coagulation analyzer was used to perform coagulation test on selected patients'blood samples,and the number of cases with abnormal coagulation was observed.According to the results of coagulation,they are divided into groups,namely abnormal group and normal group,and then the relevant factors affecting the quality of blood coagulation specimens are analyzed.Results 3322 blood samples were tested,and 417 cases(12.55%)coagulation samples were found to have abnormalities.Among them,410 cases(98.32%)with PT>16 s and APTT>36 s,7 cases(1.68%)with PT<16 s and APTT<36 s.The main influencing factors that affect the abnormality of coagulation specimens are the location of blood collection,the amount of blood collected,hemolysis,and the time of blood placement.Conclusion The test results of blood coagulation index are affected by the quality of blood samples.The main influencing factors are collection location,blood collection volume,hemolysis phenomenon and blood placement time,etc.The above related factors are reasonably controlled to ensure the accuracy of blood coagulation index test results.
