摘要
当前我国特殊教育正处于提升和完善的转型时期,特殊教育生态环境的变化引发了特殊教育学校功能的转型和教师角色的重新定位,促发了特殊教育学校教师专业发展的变革。教学、康复、巡回指导成为当前特校教师的主要角色定位。基于教师专业发展视角的教师内在专业结构的分析呈现出转型时期不同角色类型特校教师专业发展内容上的统一性,即围绕教育信念、知识、能力、专业态度和动机、自我专业发展需要和意识等基本结构维度,以循证理念、特殊学生发展及个体学习差异、循证实践能力等为核心要素的专业发展内容。不同角色类型定位又凸显了特校教师专业发展内容的特殊性。以角色定位为前提、以复合型能力提升为重心、以自我更新式发展为手段,是转型时期特校教师专业发展的重要途径。
In the transformation period of special education in China,the change of the ecological environment of special education has transforming the function of special education schools and the reorientation of teachers’roles,thus triggering the reform of teachers’professional development in special education.Based on the analysis of multi-qualified competence structure,the main roles of special education teachers should include teaching,rehabilitation and itinerant.The analysis of the teachers’internal professional structure shows the unity of the contents of teachers’professional development in special education,which refers to some basic structural dimensions including educational belief,knowledge,ability,attitude and motivation,self-development demand and consciousness,and core traits including evidence-based concept,exceptional learner development and individual learning differences,evidence-based professional practice,etc.The different roles requires the particularity of the contents of teachers’professional development.It is an important way to professional development for special education teachers that should take the role definition as the premise,the improvement of multi-qualified competence as the focus,and the self-renewal development as a means.
