摘要目的探究责任制护理在头颈部放射性皮炎护理中的应用及对患者生存质量的影响。方法选取2017年2月至2019年6月放疗的头颈部肿瘤患者156例,依据护理方式不同将其分为研究组与对照组,每组78例。对照组采用常规皮炎护理方案,研究组则基于对照组采用责任制护理方案,以此观察2组患者的VAS评分、放射性皮炎等级、生存质量及并发症情况。结果护理后研究组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);放射性皮炎分级:研究组Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理后生存质量高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率6.4%低于对照组17.9%(P<0.05)。结论在头颈部肿瘤患者的放射性皮炎护理中采用责任制护理,效果甚佳,可提升患者的生存质量,降低其皮炎的疼痛程度,避免并发症的发生,值得在临床中推广及深层次研究。 Objective To investigate the effects of responsibility system nursing on the life quality of patients with head and neck radiodermatitis.Methods A total of 156 patients with head and neck tumor who wee treated in our hospital for radiotherapy from February 2017 to June 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into research group and control group according to nursing method,with 78 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by conventional treatment scheme,however,the patients in research group,on the basis of control group,were treated by responsibility system nursing mode.The VAS score,grade of radioactive dermatitis,quality of life and complications of patients were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the VAS scores in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The cases with gradeⅠandⅡin research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),however,the cases with gradeⅢandⅣin research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the life quality of patients in research group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).In addition,the incidence rate of complication in reseach group was 6.4%,which was significantly lower than that(17.9%)in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The responsibility system nursing is quite effective in treating head and neck radiodermatitis,which can improve the life quality of patients,reduce the degree of pain and avoid the occurrence of complications,which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
