摘要
2020年初的一场新型冠状肺炎病毒(COVID-19)席卷全球,面对短时间急剧增长的传染病病患人数和急需扩增的医疗设施,中国政府采取了一系列应对措施,包括建设传染病临时医院、方舱医院、应急公共卫生中心等,用“中国速度”成功遏制住新冠病毒疯狂的肆虐。立足疫情背景下,从传染病医院建筑的设计出发,结合蚌埠医学院第一附属医院传染病综合楼设计实例,详细阐述其总平面布局、建筑单体、暖通设计、平战结合设计、人性化设计等。通过对该项目的设计总结和探究,为以后做好传染病医院建筑的设计工作,特别是应对重大突发公共卫生事件时,医院建筑的应急改造以及可持续绿色设计提供参考。
In early 2020,a new type of coronary pneumonia virus(COVID-19)swept the world.Faced with the rapid increase of the patients infected by the virus and the urgent demand for the expanding of medical facilities,the Chinese government has taken a series of measures,including the construction of temporary hospitals for infectious diseases,compartment hospitals,centres for public health emergency,etc.,which is reputed to be Chinese speed that has succeeded in containing the spread of COVID-19.The paper,based on the background of COVID-19,starting from the design of the building of hospitals for infectious diseases,combined with the example of the multiple-use building for infectious diseases of the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College,elaborates on its general layout,individual building design,humanized design,heating and ventilation design,design combined daily medical use with epidemic situation and so on.Through the summary and exploration of the design of the project,it provides ideas for the anti-epidemic design of the buildings of hospitals for infectious diseases in the future.
