摘要
目的探讨健脾调肝汤治疗对晚期原发性肝癌患者生活质量及ALT、AST、TBIL水平的影响效果。方法选取衡阳市中心医院2019年1月至2020年1月收治的晚期原发性肝癌患者104例,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各52例,对照组应用常规西药治疗,研究组应用健脾调肝汤治疗。对两组患者的治疗效果、QOL情况(体重变化、卡氏评分)以及肝功能指标(ALT、AST、TBIL)进行比较。结果研究组总有效率(96.2%)高于对照组(78.9%),两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组的体重为(58.2±7.1)kg,高于对照组的体重(56.3±6.8)kg;研究组的卡氏评分为(73.6±12.8)分,高于对照组的(64.6±11.2)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组ALT水平为(48.8±13.4)U/L,低于对照组的(70.5±14.8)U/L;研究组AST水平为(31.9±6.4)U/L,低于对照组的(56.9±9.5)U/L;且研究组TBIL水平为(67.5±5.1)μmol/L,低于对照组的(85.6±4.2)μmol/L,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论晚期原发性肝癌患者治疗时应用健脾调肝汤治疗,疗效显著,明显改善患者的肝功能,同时安全性高,有利于提高晚期原发性肝癌患者的QOL水平,改善预后,在临床上值得进一步应用推广。
Objective To investigate the impacts of Jianpi Tiaogan Decoction on quality of life(QOL)and the levels of ALT,AST and TBIL in patients with advanced primary liver cancer.Methods A total of 104 patients with advanced primary liver cancer admitted to Hengyang Central Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were randomLy divided into the control group(n=52)and the study group(n=52).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the study group was treated with Jianpi Tiaogan Decoction.The treatment efficacy,QOL(weight change,Karnofsky score)and hepatic function indexes(ALT level,AST level,TBIL level)of the two groups were compared.Results the total efficacy of the study group was 96.2%,higher than 78.9%of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the body mass of the study group was(58.2±7.1)kg,higher than that of the control group(56.3±6.8)kg;And the Karnaugh score of the study group was(73.6±12.8)points,higher than(64.6±11.2)points of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The ALT level in the study group was(48.8±13.4)U/L,lower than(70.5±14.8)U/L in the control group;The AST level in the study group was(31.9±6.4)U/L,lower than(56.9±9.5)U/L in the control group;And the level of TBIL in the study group was(67.5±5.1)μmol/L,lower than(85.6±4.2)μmol/L in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with advanced primary liver cancer,Jianpi Tiaogan Decoction has obvious therapeutic efficacy.It can obviously improve the hepatic function of patients,and has high safety simultaneously,which is conducive to improving the QoL level and prognosis of patients with advanced primary liver cancer and is worthy of further application and promotion in clinic.
