Construction and Preliminary Application of Cloud Platform for Monitoring and Early Warning of Mining Disasters in Metal Mines

摘要 以云计算、大数据等技术在矿山上的应用为主线,保障矿山安全、持续、高效生产为最终目的,对矿山灾害监测数据特征及"云"技术在矿山上的应用进行分析,归纳已有云平台的潜在问题,在此基础上提出一种现场监测和数值模拟相结合的矿山灾害监测预警云平台。研究表明:传统的数据管理方法不足以处理离散化、多元化及动态化的矿山灾害监测数据,云计算必将成为矿山灾害监测预警的重要手段,但已有平台很难实现实时监测预警的理想化状态,具有一定的局限性。提出一种以云端数据库为纽带,定时任务为核心方法的"一主+多辅"的平台布置方式,构建了现场监测和数值模拟相结合的矿山灾害预警云平台,实现了灾害时空多维度预测,为灾害的防治及传感器的布设提供一定的参考,为矿山安全、持续、高效生产提供保障。 Taking the application of cloud computing,big data in mines as the main line,and ensuring the safety,sus⁃tainable and efficient production of mines as the ultimate goal,the characteristics of monitoring data and the application of"cloud"technology in mines were analyzed,and the potential problems of existing cloud platforms were summarized.On this basis,a cloud platform for mine disaster monitoring and early warning is proposed,which combines on-site monitoring and numerical simulation.The research shows that:the traditional data management methods are not enough to deal with the dis⁃crete,diversified and dynamic monitoring data,cloud computing will become an important means of mine disaster monitor⁃ing and early warning,but the existing platform is difficult to realize the ideal state of real-time monitoring and early warn⁃ing,which has certain limitations.This paper puts forward a"one main+multi auxiliary"platform layout mode,which takes cloud database as the link and timing task as the core method,constructed the mine disaster early warning cloud platform combining field monitoring and numerical simulation,realizes the disaster space-time multi-dimensional prediction,pro⁃vides certain reference for disaster prevention and sensor layout,and provides guarantee for mine safety,sustainable and effi⁃cient production.
