摘要
城市信息模型(CIM)平台是新型智慧城市建设的基础性支撑平台。该平台以城市级三维地理数据为核心,是各类智慧应用的数据基底。如何快速构建城市级三维GIS场景并挖掘数据应用价值,是CIM平台建设的关键环节。本文结合具体实践,研究了基于建筑底面轮廓的城市级三维GIS场景快速构建及应用关键技术,总结梳理了城市级三维GIS场景快速构建的技术路线与建模方法,并重点分析研究了程序化自动建模、参数化自动建模的关键技术,提出了针对城市级白模快速构建的解决方案,为城市三维可视化及城市运行管理、分析应用提供思路。
CIM(City Information Model)platform is the basic support platform in the construction of new smart city.It takes city level 3D geographic information data as its core and is the data base of all kinds of smart applications.How to quickly build city level 3D GIS scene and develop data application value is the key link in CIM platform construction.Combined with specific practice,this paper studies the key technologies of rapid construction and application of urban 3D GIS scene based on architecture bottom outline,summarizes the technical route and modeling methods of rapid construction of urban 3D GIS scene,and focuses on the key technologies of programmed automatic modeling and parametric automatic modeling,and puts forward the solution for rapid construction of urban simplified model.It provides ideas for urban 3D visualization,urban operation management and analysis application.
