摘要
本试验探讨了硝酸钙[Ca(NO_(3))_(2)]胁迫下三十烷醇(TA)对番茄幼苗生长的缓解效应。结果表明:与对照相比,Ca(NO_(3))_(2)胁迫可导致番茄幼苗叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量和膜透性显著升高,其净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率、胞间CO_(2)浓度分别显著下降34.72%、55.66%、56.13%和23.68%,幼苗干物质积累减少51.95%,幼苗生长显著受抑;叶面喷施1 mg/L TA可降低Ca(NO_(3))_(2)胁迫下番茄幼苗叶片MDA含量以及细胞膜透性,维持番茄幼苗良好的光合性能,从而促进其生长,有效缓解Ca(NO_(3))_(2)胁迫造成的伤害。
Effect of TA on growth of tomato seedling under calcium nitrate stress were studied.The results showed that compared with the control,calcium nitrate stress could significantly increase malonaldehyde(MDA)content and cell membrane permeability of tomato seedlings,significantly decrease the leaf net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,transpiration rate and intercellular CO_(2) concentration by 34.72%,55.66%,56.13%and 23.68%,respectively,reduce the dry matter accumulation by 51.95%,and significantly inhibit the growth of tomato seedlings.Spraying leaf with 1 mg/L TA could reduce the MDA content and cell membrane permeability of tomato seedlings under calcium nitrate stress,maintain good photosynthetic performance of tomato seedlings,promote their growth,and effectively alleviate the damage caused by calcium nitrate stress.
