摘要
"土壅木郁"是"土侮木"的一种病理表现,是脾胃土气壅滞,土气侮木气,使肝木之气郁滞,影响肝之疏泄功能所致。文章从"土壅木郁"理论沿革、理论机制、临床运用三方面探讨,加深对"土壅木郁"病机的理解;在其临床运用中,要注重疏通中焦壅滞之气,既恢复脾胃气机升降及生化气血功能,又可使木气条达,其治疗法则包含在中医八法汗、吐、下、和、温、清、消、补之中。
‘Earth-obstructing and wood-stagnation’is a pathological manifestation of‘earth reversely restricting wood’.The stagnation of earth qi in spleen and stomach leads to stagnation of wood qi in liver,which affacts the function of liver controlling conveyance and dispersion.The theoretical evolution,theoretical mechanism and clinical application are discussed in this paper.The understanding of the pathogenesis is deepened.In clinical application,the earth qi obstructed in spleen and stomach should be dredged,which can not only restore the function of the rise and fall of the qi-activity and the production and the transformation of qi and blood in spleen and stomach,but also regulate wood qi.Its treatment principles include sweating therapy,vomiting therapy,purgative therapy,harmonizing,warming,clearing away heat,eliminating and invigorating,which are the eight therapeutic methods of TCM.
