摘要
本文通过文献阅读法明确粤港澳大湾区公共卫生领域面临的问题,并对培养当代大湾区所需要的新型人才方面提出合理建议。结果发现粤港澳大湾区目前公共卫生领域面临的主要问题包括:当地极强的人口流动性、三地的行政管理体系存在差异及缺乏大湾区公共卫生考核认证评价机制等。建议粤港澳大湾区应该把大湾区公共卫生人才培养提高到战略性高度,创新探索大湾区新型公共卫生协同人才培养模式。
This article clear cuts the problems of public health field faced in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area through the literature review,and provide reasonable suggestions for training new type personnel which contemporary Greater Bay Area needs.The results find that main problems of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in public health field include:greater population mobility,differences in the administrative management systems lack of public health assessment system in the three regions.Therefore,it suggests that Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area should raise the training of public health personnel to strategic attitude,innovate and explore new collaborative public health personnel training models.
