摘要
由于GB 50058—2014中没有安全阀排放口爆炸危险区域的划分图示,通过研究、参考国内相关规范,并根据相关规范和PHAST软件模拟分析进行探讨。在划分安全阀室外排放口爆炸危险区域时,需要根据具体案例进行分析判断,并开展专业评审,选择合适的爆炸危险区域划分范围,以期对后续原料药项目中安全阀室外排放口爆炸危险区域划分工作提供一定的参考。
There is no indication of the risk zone for explosion of safety valve outdoor discharge outlet in GB 50058—2014.Through the research,referring to the relevant domestic norms and discussing according to the PHAST simulation,it is necessary to analyze and judge the scope of the explosion risk area of the safety valve according to the specific cases,and carry out professional review to select the appropriate scope,in order to provide reference for the follow-up work.
