摘要
接头是柔性管的重要连接装置和薄弱部位,起到连接和密封等作用,其合理设计对于保障油气开发的安全性具有重要意义。针对深水复合材料柔性管设计了带有楔形块和扣压式锯齿内套筒的新型接头——Wedge-Swaged型接头。采用ABAQUS软件分析了在深水拉压组合工况下Wedge-Swaged型柔性管接头的承载性能及密封性能。研究结果表明:Wedge-Swaged型接头满足深水拉压组合工况的使用要求,接头主体内套筒锯齿的过盈量以及楔形块的配合过盈量对接头的密封性能和抗拉性能有重要影响;无论是锯齿过盈还是楔形块过盈,随着过盈量的增大,接头主体部分的最大等效应力和柔性管内层的接触应力都相应增大;楔形块及法兰装配整体部分的最大等效应力只随着楔形块过盈量的增大而增大,受锯齿过盈量变化的影响不大;最优的过盈量为锯齿过盈量1.0 mm,楔形块过盈量0.2 mm。所得结论可为柔性管接头的进一步设计及优化提供参考。
The End fitting is an important connecting device and weak part of the flexible pipe, which plays a role in connection and sealing. Its reasonable design is of great significance to ensure the safety of oil and gas development. A new type of end fitting with a wedge block and a serrated inner sleeve, namely Wedge-Swaged end fitting, is designed for the deepwater composite flexible pipe. ABAQUS software is used to analyze the load-bearing performance and sealing performance of Wedge-Swaged end fitting under deep-water tension and compression combined conditions. The research results show that the Wedge-Swaged end fitting meets the requirements of deep-water tension and compression combined conditions. The interference of the sleeve serrations in the main body of the end fitting and the fit interference of the wedge block have an important impact on the sealing performance and tensile performance of the end fitting. Whether it is a serration interference or a wedge block interference, with the increase of the interference, the maximum equivalent stress of the main part of the end fitting and the contact stress of the inner layer of the flexible pipe increase accordingly. The maximum equivalent stress of the wedge block and the flange assembly integral part only increases with the interference of the wedge block, and is not greatly affected by the interference of the serration. The optimal interference is the serration interference of 1.0 mm, and the wedge block interference of 0.2 mm. The study can provide references for further design and optimization of flexible pipe end fitting.
