摘要
草莓采摘机的装配是一项复杂的工作,基于虚拟现实技术对采摘机装配模型及虚拟装配方法,建立了装配零件模块、装配层次模块和装配约束模块的装配模型,通过OpenGL结合可视化编程技术,开发了复杂产品虚拟装配平台仿真软件,实现了草莓采摘机部件的虚拟装配及装配路径的记录与优化,大大缩短了开发周期。
The assembly of strawberry picking machine is a complex work. Based on virtual reality technology,the assembly model and virtual assembly method of picking machine were studied. The assembly model composed of assembly object modular,assembly hierarchy modular and assembly constraint modular was built. The complex product assembly simulation software was developed by OpenGL and visual programming technology. At the same time,the interactive assembly of picking machine and optimization of assembling path was achieved. As a result,the design,analysis and check process of new development cycle was greatly shorten.
