超声联合磁共振检查对心肌疾病精准评估的临床价值研究

摘要 目的分析超声及磁共振联合应用对心肌疾病精准评估的临床应用价值。方法 82例原发性扩张型心肌病患者,对其行超声及磁共振检查,对比两种检查方法下患者的左心室各室壁厚度,不同心功能分级患者超声及磁共振检查的相关参数,单项检查与联合检查的诊断价值。结果两种检查方法下患者室间隔、前壁、后壁厚度对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);磁共振检查测量侧壁、心尖部厚度分别为(16.3±3.5)、(19.2±4.0)mm,均厚于超声检查的(12.5±3.7)、(14.1±4.1)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同心功能分级患者超声检查中的左室收缩末期容积、射血分数对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同心功能分级患者磁共振检查中的左室舒张末期容积、左室收缩末期容积、射血分数对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合检查的准确率97.6%高于超声与磁共振单项检查的84.1%、90.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声及磁共振联合应用在原发性扩张型心肌病临床诊断中的应用价值高,可精准评估患者的心功能,能为该病的诊治提供较为可靠的参考依据,值得应用。 Objective To analyze the clinical value of ultrasound combined with magnetic resonance imaging in accurate assessment of myocardial diseases.Methods A total of 82 patients with primary dilated cardiomyopathy were examined by ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging.Comparison was made on the left ventricular wall thickness of patients under the two examination methods,relevant parameters of ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging in patients with different cardiac function grades,and the diagnostic value of single examination and combined examination.Results There was no statistically significant difference in thickness of the ventricular septum,anterior wall,and posterior wall under the two examinations(P>0.05).The thickness of side wall and apex under magnetic resonance imaging were(16.3±3.5)and(19.2±4.0)mm,which were all thicker than(12.5±3.7)and(14.1±4.1)mm under ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was statistically significant differences in left ventricular end systolic volume and ejection fraction in patients with different cardiac function grades(P<0.05);there was statistically significant differences in left ventricular end diastolic volume,left ventricular end systolic volume and ejection fraction in patients with different cardiac function grades(P<0.05).The accuracy rate of combined examination was 97.6%,which was higher than 84.1%and 90.2%of single examination of ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined application of ultrasound and magnetic resonance imaging has high application value in the clinical diagnosis of primary dilated cardiomyopathy.It can accurately assess the patient’s cardiac function and provide a more reliable reference for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.It is worthy of application.
