摘要
目的分析H型高血压实施马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗的临床效果以及安全性。方法 96例H型高血压患者,采用抽签法分为参照组和试验组,每组48例。参照组实施常规药物治疗,试验组实施马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、不良发应发生情况、治疗前后血压、治疗后不同时间同型半胱氨酸水平以及满意度。结果试验组治疗总有效率85.42%高于参照组的58.33%,不良反应发生率10.42%低于参照组的29.17%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组患者收缩压(131.40±9.50)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)、舒张压(87.30±7.52)mm Hg均低于参照组的(146.40±10.62)、(95.40±8.69)mm Hg,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后3、6、12个月的同型半胱氨酸水平均低于参照组,治疗总满意率83.33%高于参照组的64.58%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗H型高血压效果显著,有利于血压的稳定。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of enalapril maleate and folic acid tablets in the treatment of H-type hypertension.Methods A total of 96 patients with H-type hypertension were divided into reference group and experimental group according to lottery method,with 48 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional medicine,and the experimental group was treated with enalapril maleate and folic acid tablets.The therapeutic effect,occurrence of adverse reactions,blood pressure before and after treatment,homocysteine levels at different time points after treatment,and satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 85.42%of the experimental group was higher than 58.33%of the reference group,and incidence of adverse reactions 10.42%was lower than 29.17%of the reference group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the systolic blood pressure(131.40±9.50)mm Hg(1 mmHg=0.133 kPa)and diastolic blood pressure(87.30±7.52)mm Hg of the experimental group were lower than(146.40±10.62)and(95.40±8.69)mm Hg of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3,6 and 12 months of treatment,the homocysteine levels of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group,and the treatment satisfaction rate 83.33%was higher than 64.58%of the reference group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Enalapril maleate and folic acid tablets shows remarkable effect in the treatment of patients with H-type hypertension,and is conducive to the stability of blood pressure.
