摘要
传统毕业设计管理系统停留在题目双向选择上,并未很好地解决毕业设计全流程信息化管理,如任务书发放、开题报告生成、中期检查表在线提交、论文提交、成绩评定、数据导出等。通过多所高校实地调研分析,文章针对业务流程进行整合优化,开发了一套毕业设计管理系统。经过1年的试运行,本系统提高了毕业设计管理工作效率和数据汇总统计准确率。
The traditional graduation project management system stays on the topic two-way selection,and does not well solve the whole process information management of graduation project,such as task book distribution,opening report generation,online submission of interim checklist,thesis submission,performance evaluation,data export,etc.Through on-the-spot investigation and analysis of many colleges and universities,a set of graduation project management system is developed based on the integration and optimization of business process.After one year of trial operation,the system improves the efficiency of graduation project management and the accuracy of data collection and statistics.
