摘要
目的:探讨高压氧对颅脑外伤昏迷病人的康复作用及护理体会.方法:选取2017年1月-2019年6月在我院进行颅脑外伤治疗的76例患者作为本研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组.对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用高压氧治疗,2组患者同时进行入舱前、加压、稳压以及减压期间的护理,比较2组患者的治疗效果以及苏醒时间.结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组平均苏醒时间少于对照组(P<0.05).结论:对于颅脑外伤昏迷的患者采用高压氧治疗,并且做好患者入舱前、加压、稳压以及减压期间的护理,能够促使患者的治疗效果得到显著提升,缩短患者苏醒时间,利于临床应用及推广.
Objective:To explore the rehabilitation effect and nursing experience of hyperbaric oxygen on coma patients with craniocerebral trauma.Methods:76 patients receiving treatment for craniocerebral trauma in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study and randomly divided into study group and control group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,while the study group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen therapy.The two groups of patients received nursing care before entering the cabin,during pressurization,pressure stabilization and decompression,and the treatment effect and waking time of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results:the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The mean waking time of the study group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:hyperbaric oxygen therapy should be applied to coma patients with craniocerebral trauma,and nursing before entering the cabin,during pressurization,pressure stabilization and decompression can significantly improve the therapeutic effect of patients,shorten the time of patients waking up,and facilitate clinical application and promotion.
