基于运输需求的粤港澳大湾区铁路网规划方案研究 被引量:10

摘要 为了满足粤港澳大湾区内外快速增长的客货运需求,针对粤港澳大湾区铁路网进行规划研究。通过对标三大世界级大湾区铁路发展现状,分析粤港澳大湾区发展过程中存在的问题。结合粤港澳社会经济发展水平及湾区区位发展优势,对湾区铁路客货运需求进行了预测。在此基础上,考虑客货运需求、网络空间结构等因素影响,研究提出“外放射、内三角”的路网布局架构,并分层对粤港澳大湾区铁路网进行研究。规划期(2035年)完成后,粤港澳大湾区铁路网服务水平得到显著提升,内部形成1 h交通圈,湾区对外北至长江中游城市群实现4 h通达,京津冀8 h通达,西至北部湾、东盟自贸区3 h通达。本文的研究对进一步强化港澳与内地的快捷联系,为港澳融入国家发展大局提供了支撑保障。 In order to meet the rapid growth of passenger and freight demand in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, this paper studies the planning of railway network in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao, and analyzes the problems existing in the development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao greater bay area by comparing the current situation of the railway development in the three world-class Bay areas. Combined with the level of social and economic development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao greater bay area, and the advantages of Dawan District development, the demand of railway passenger and freight transportation in the bay area is predicted. On this basis, considering the influence of passenger and freight transport demand, network spatial structure and other factors, the paper puts forward the road network layout structure of"external radiation, internal triangle", and studies the railway network of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao greater bay area by layers. After the completion of the planning period(2035), the service level of the railway network in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao greater bay area will be significantly improved, and a one-hour-traffic-circle will be formed internally. The bay area has four hours’ access from the north to the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, eight hours’ access to Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and three hours’ access from the west to the Beibu Bay and the ASEAN Free Trade Area. The study of this paper will further strengthen the fast connection between Hong Kong, Macao and the mainland, and provide support for the integration of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao into the overall national development.
