摘要
张家口市张北县存在大量危房,为进一步做好农村危房改造工作,采用实地考察、现场测试、走访等方式对张北县18个乡镇、366个行政村的农村危房改造工程进行实地研究调查,并根据农村住房危险性鉴定标准评定房屋的危险等级。所调查的2446户土房危房中D级危房占比72.1%,C级危房占比25.2%,B级危房占比2.7%;1654户砖木类危房中D级危房占比69.8%,C级危房占比27.5%,B级危房占比2.7%。根据调查,张北县危房病害的主要因素之一是黄土地基不均匀沉降从而导致上部结构产生裂缝。通过研究分析因素,从结构设计和地基处理上对张北县的危房提出了合理处理改造措施,为张北县农村危房改造提供参考。
There are a lot of dilapidated houses in Zhangbei County,Zhangjiakou City.In order to do a better job in rural dilapidated house reconstruction,the methods of in-situ investigation,in-situ testing and visiting were used to investigate the rural dilapidated housing renovation projects in Zhangbei County,which include 18 towns and 366 administrative villages in Zhangbei County.The risk level of the houses was first evaluated according to the risk identification standard of rural housing.2446 dilapidated houses were investigated,including 72.1%of dilapidated houses of grade D,25.2%of dilapidated houses of grade C and 2.7%of dilapidated houses of grade B.1654 brick and wood dangerous houses were investigated,including 69.8%of dilapidated houses of grade D,27.5%of dilapidated houses of grade C and 2.7%of dilapidated houses of grade B.According to the investigation,one of the main factors of dangerous houses in Zhangbei County is the uneven settlement of loess foundation,which leads to the cracks in the upper structure.Through the research and analysis of the factors,this paper proposes the reasonable treatment and transformation measures for the dangerous houses in Zhangbei County from the aspects of structural design and foundation treatment,which provides a reference for the transformation of the dangerous houses in Zhangbei County.
