摘要
目的探讨多维危机控制护理对急性胆囊炎手术患者应对方式及心理健康的影响。方法选择2017年1月~2020年3月江西省抚州市第一人民医院收治的80例急性胆囊炎手术患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组进行多维危机控制护理,比较两组心理状况及应对方式。结果护理前,两组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、面对、回避、屈服评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组的SAS、SDS、回避、屈服评分低于对照组,观察组的面对评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性胆囊炎手术患者予以多维危机控制护理可改善心理状况及应对方式,值得推广使用。
Objective To explore the impact of multi-dimensional crisis control nursing on the coping style and mental health of patients with acute cholecystitis surgery.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent acute cholecystitis surgery in Fuzhou First People′s Hospital in Jiangxi Province from January 2017 to March 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received multi-dimensional crisis control nursing.The psychological status and coping styles of the two groups were compared.Results Compared self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores,facing,avoiding,and yielding scores of the two groups before nursing,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after nursing,the SAS,SDS,avoidance and yield scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the face score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-dimensional crisis control nursing for patients with acute cholecystitis surgery can improve their psychological status and coping styles,and is worthy of use.
