摘要
目的:研究孟鲁司特钠与氯雷他定联合丙酸倍氯米松鼻喷剂应用到过敏性鼻炎(AR)合并轻中度腺样体肥大(AH)患儿中的治疗作用与效果。方法:2018年2月-2020年4月收治AR合并轻中度AH患者138例,随机分为三组,各46例。对照组1采用孟鲁司特钠联合氯雷他定治疗;对照组2采用丙酸倍氯米松鼻喷剂治疗;观察组采用孟鲁司特钠与氯雷他定联合丙酸倍氯米松鼻喷剂。比较三组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组1和对照组2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组症状评分明显低于对照组1与对照组2,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特钠与氯雷他定联合丙酸倍氯米松鼻喷剂治疗AR合并轻中度AH患儿能获得更为满意的效果。
Objective:To study the therapeutic effect of montelukast sodium and loratadine combined with beclomethasone propionate nasal spray in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis(AR)complicated with mild and moderate adenoid hypertrophy(AH).Methods:From February 2018 to April 2020,138 patients with AR complicated with mild to moderate AH were selected,they were randomly divided into the three groups with 46 casess in each group.The control group 1 was treated with montelukast sodium combined with loratadine.The control group 2 was treated with beclomethasone propionate nasal spray.The observation group was treated with montelukast sodium and loratadine combined with beclomethasone propionate nasal spray.The therapeutic effects of the three groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group 1 and the control group 2,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The symptom score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group 1 and control group 2,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Montelukast sodium and loratadine combined with beclomethasone propionate nasal spray is more effective in the treatment of children with AR complicated with mild to moderate AH.
