摘要
应用维修障碍分析的思想,提出了基于维修障碍的维修性定性要求评估方法,通过定义维修障碍的妨碍度向量,在维修障碍、维修作业、维修性定性要求之间构建关系向量或关系矩阵,通过分析计算得出维修作业对维修性定性要求的实现程度判定,以评定产品维修性定性要求的综合满足度。
Applying the thought of maintenance trouble analysis,this paper puts forward the evaluation method of maintainability qualitative requirements.By defining the trouble degree vector of maintenance trouble,the relationship vector or relationship matrix is constructed among maintenance trouble,task and maintenance qualitative requirements.Through analysis and calculation,the realization degree of maintainability qualitative requirements of task is determined,so as to evaluate the production comprehensive satisfaction degree of maintainability qualitative requirements.
