陆军战场搜救装备体系作战试验研究

摘要 目的:对战场搜救装备体系作战试验指标和试验设计进行研究,验证战场搜救装备体系建设效果。方法:基于战场搜救的特殊要求提出战场搜救装备体系作战试验需求。采用逐级分解的方法构建搜救体系效能指标、体系融合度指标和体系贡献率指标,采用重要度(Concernment )、有效性(Validity)、稳定性( Stability),即CVS方法进行指标体系筛选,以定位感知能力指标体系为例给出指标值度量方法。结合卫勤演训任务,在作战试验想定和作战试验科目设置基础上开展体系作战试验。结果:战场搜救装备体系作战试验方法能够满足作战试验要求。结论:战场搜救装备体系作战试验方法具有较好的可行性,可为评估搜救装备体系效能、体系融合度和体系贡献率提供支撑。 Objective To research the operation test indicators and test design of army combat search and rescue(CSAR)equipment system to verify the effectiveness of its construction.Methods The operational test requirements of army CSAR equipment system were proposed based on the special demands of army CSAR.Stepwise decomposition was used to construct the indicators for army CSAR system efficacy,system integration and system contribution.Concernment,Validity and Stability,i.e.the CVS method,was applied to the screening of the indicator systems,and the location sensing indicator system was taken as an example to give an indicator value measurement method.Combined with the medical service exercise and training tasks,the system operational test was carried out on the bases of test scenario and subject setting.Results The method proposed met the requirements for army CSAR equipment operational test.Conclusion The method proposed has high feasibility for evaluating army CSAR system efficacy,system integration and system contribution.
