摘要
在5G SA语音优化过程中,5G终端偶尔会出现打不通、接续时间长以及音质差等问题,严重影响5G用户的语音体验。5G SA网络语音通话涉及的网元众多,场景复杂,语音问题定位困难。针对5G SA端到端存在的语音感知问题,从SA语音业务相关的主要指标着手,有效发现和定位网络中存在的问题。在5G SA路测中,语音业务相关的指标主要有EPS Fallback和快速回落(Fast Return,FR)的成功率、时延等。结合实际网络优化经验,详细剖析端到端的信令流程,提出了5G SA语音端到端信令问题分析与优化的方法。
In the process of 5G SA voice optimization,5G terminals occasionally encounter problems such as unreachable,long connection time,and poor sound quality,which seriously affect the voice experience of 5G users.5G SA network voice calls involve many network elements,complex scenarios,and difficulty in locating voice problems.Aiming at the end-to-end voice perception problems of 5G SA,starting from the main indicators related to SA voice services,this paper effectively finds and locates the problems in the network.In 5G SA drive test,voice service-related indicators mainly include the success rate and delay of EPS FB(EPS FallBack)and FR(Fast Return).Combined with the actual network optimization experience,the end-to-end signaling process is analyzed in detail,and a method for the analysis and optimization of 5G SA voice end-to-end signaling problems is proposed.
