摘要
近年来,中小企业不断发展壮大,为我国的税收和GDP作出了极大的贡献,成为我国经济体系中不可或缺的一部分。但目前中小企业仍然存在内部控制管理体系不完善、组织架构不科学、人员综合素质较低等问题。这些问题严重阻碍了中小企业的进一步发展。论文对中小企业在经营中存在的问题及其成因进行分析,总结了与之对应的有效解决措施,以期促进中小企业发展。
In recent years,small and medium-sized enterprises have continued to grow and develop,making great contributions to China's taxation and GDP,and becoming an indispensable part of China's economic system.However,there are still some problems existing in small and medium-sized enterprises,such as imperfect internal control management system,unscientific organizational structure,low comprehensive quality of personnel and so on.These problems seriously hinder the further development of small and medium-sized enterprises.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the operation of small and medium-sized enterprises and its causes,and summarizes the corresponding effective solutions,so as to promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
