摘要
目的:观察健脾通便方对阴虚便秘疗效,并使用粪便涂片法观察治疗前后肠道菌群变化。方法:将60例阴虚便秘患儿采用区组随机法分为两组,治疗组(给予健脾通便方)30例,对照组(给予枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒)30例。观察治疗前后便秘改善情况并通过粪便涂片观察两组治疗前后肠道菌群变化情况。结果:两组患儿治疗后便秘症状及肠道菌群较治疗前均明显改善。其中治疗组总有效率优于对照组。结论:便秘患儿存在肠道菌群异常,中药可以改善便秘患儿症状,调节肠道内环境。
Objective:To observe the effects of the Jianpi Tongbian decoction(健脾通便方)on the Yinxu type of constipation(阴虚便秘)and intestinal flora.Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups according to block randomization method,with 30 cases in each.The therapy group was treated with the Jianpi Tongbian decoction.The control group was treated with medilac-vita.Results:The constipation and intestinal flora in the groups were both improved after treatment.The total efficiency in the therapy group was better than the control group.Conclusion:TCM medicine can alleviate abnormal intestinal flora in children with the Yinxu type constipation,and regulate the intestinal environment of patients.
