摘要
采用重铬酸钾滴定法对矿石中全铁含量进行测定,对该方法中的各种条件进行优选,并对样品中干扰元素铜、钨、锑进行了试验。经酸分解硝化处理后生成三氯化铁,不作干扰元素分离,直接用三氯化钛把三价铁还原成二价铁,在酸度为(1~3)mol/L的硫-磷混合酸介质中,以二苯胺磺酸钠作指示剂,立即用重铬酸钾标准滴定溶液进行测试。选取当地7个不同铁含量的试样,用本方法测试的相对标准偏差RSD(n=11)均小于1.0%,样品加标回收率为98.4%~102%,干扰元素分离与不分离分析结果一致,满足某单位矿物中全铁含量在0.50%及以上的测定。
The total iron content in ore was measured by potassium dichromate titration method.the vaious conditions of the mechod were selected,as well as the interference elements(copper,tungsten and antimony)in the sample were selected.Ferric trichloride is generated after acid decomposition and nitration treatment,it shall not be separated as the interference element,the ferric iron reduces to ferrous directly by titanium trichloride,in sulphur-phosphorus mixed acid medium with the acidity is(1~3)mol/L,taking the sodium diphenylaminesulfonate as the indicator,therefore the test can be carried out immediately by potassium dichromate standard titration solution.Seven test samples with the different iron content is selected for the above mentioned test,the relative standard deviation RSD(n=11)is all less than 1.0%,the adding standard recovery rate of sample is in the range of 98.4%~102%,the results are consistent with the interference element separation analysis and no separation analysis,it can meet the requirements of total iron content in a unit mineral at or above 0.50%.
