摘要
目的了解北京市社区卫生服务中心医务人员对从事安宁疗护工作的意愿及影响因素。方法采用整群分层多阶段的抽样方法,对北京市10家社区卫生服务中心的468名医务人员进行自编问卷调查。结果北京市社区医务人员愿意从事安宁疗护工作的占43.2%;年龄、职称等4个方面对医务人员从事安宁疗护工作意愿差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示医务人员的年龄、职称、最高学历所学专业和安宁疗护认知程度是影响从事安宁疗护工作意愿的主要影响因素。结论中高年资社区医务人员更愿意从事安宁疗护工作;临床医学和中医学及中西医结合类专业医务人员的安宁疗护工作意愿有待提升;社区医务人员安宁疗护的认知水平是影响其从事安宁疗护工作意愿的重要因素。
Objective To understand the willingness and influencing factors of medical staff in Beijing community health service centers to engage in hospice care.Methods Using a sampling method combining stratified multi-stage and cluster sampling,a self-compiled questionnaire survey was conducted among 468 medical staff in 10 community health service centers in Beijing.Results 43.2%of community medical staff in Beijing were willing to engage in hospice care;4 aspects including age,professional title had statistically significant differences in the willingness of medical staff to engage in hospice care(P<0.05);Logistic Regression analysis shows that the age,professional title,highest degree of education of medical staff,and the degree of awareness of hospice care are the main factors that affect the willingness to engage in hospice care.Conclusion Community medical staff aged 50 and above or with intermediate professional titles are more willing to engage in hospice care;the willingness of professional medical staff in clinical medicine,traditional Chinese medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine to work in hospice care needs to be improved;the cognition level of community medical staff in hospice care is an important factor affecting their willingness to engage in hospice care work.
