摘要
为获取真实工况下的十沟槽水润滑轴承系统轴心轨迹,基于水润滑轴承试验台设计了轴心轨迹测试系统,进行了不同工况下水润滑轴承系统轴心轨迹试验,并采用小波阈值降噪算法对轴心轨迹提纯,得到了轴系运动变化规律。研究结果表明:空载与负载情况下的轴心轨迹变化规律一致。转速400 r/min时轴心轨迹向内凹陷,呈香蕉形,表明转子出现轻度不对中现象;转速增大,轴心轨迹向内凹陷程度逐渐减小,表明转子不对中程度逐渐减小;转速1000 r/min时空载下轴心轨迹接近于圆形,载荷37 N时轴心轨迹接近于椭圆形,表明轴系正常运转。
In order to obtain the orbit of shaft center of ten-groove water lubricated bearing system under real working conditions,a testing system of shaft center orbit was designed based on the water-lubricated bearing test bench.Then,the orbit of shaft center of the ten-groove water-lubricated bearing system was tested under different working conditions,and was purified by the wavelet threshold denoising algorithm,and the law of shafting movement was obtained.The results show that:When no load and load,the change law of the orbit of shaft center is consistent.When the speed is 400 r/min,the orbit of shaft center is dented inward,in the shape of a banana,indicating that the rotor appears slight misalignment.With the increase of speed,the degree of inward sag of the orbit of shaft center decreases gradually,indicating that the degree of misalignment decreases gradually.When the speed is 1000 r/min,the orbit of shaft center is close to a circle under no load,and the orbit of shaft center is close to an ellipse under the load of 37 N,indicating the shafting is in normal operation.
