摘要
综述了声表面波(SAW)压力、温度、扭矩传感器在轮胎压力监测系统与电动助力转向系统中的研发进展、遇到的困难与瓶颈。讨论了SAW惯性力传感器与SAW气体浓度传感器在汽车电子领域内应用的前景与目前所遇到的阻碍。对SAW传感器与汽车电子在未来的发展趋势与融合方向进行了初步预测。
Research progress of surface acoustic wave(SAW)pressure,temperature and torque sensors in tire pressure monitoring system and electric power steering system,as well as the difficulties and bottlenecks encountered are reviewed.Application prospect of SAW inertial force sensor and SAW gas concentration sensor in the field of automotive electronics and the obstacles encountered at present are discussed.Development trend and fusion direction of SAW sensor and automotive electronics in the future are preliminarily predicted.
