摘要
泾阳茯茶是明清时期享誉中国西北的“边销茶”,既承担着安邦保国的政治责任,又肩负着“生命之茶”的民生义务。目前泾阳茯茶产业处于复兴阶段,茶文化特征和表现力尚不鲜明。茶艺是体现茶文化的重要窗口,特色茶艺对泾阳茯茶文化特征的表达至关重要。古筝是茶艺常用的背景音乐元素,起到烘托氛围、深化主题和丰富内涵的作用。但是,各地茶艺千篇一律地选用古筝名曲,鲜有能突出地方特色的筝文化与茶艺的融合。秦筝发源于陕西,具有悲苦忆怀的艺术特色,与泾阳茯茶同根同源、同兴同衰、相得益彰。两者创新融合能够凸显泾阳茯茶文化特色,启发更多茶艺跨界创新模式,为文化助力茶产业发展提供新思路。
The Jingyang Fu Tea is a well-known“Border-selling Tea”which was very popular in Northwest China during the Ming and Qing dynasties.For a long time in Chinese history,it served to maintain the border stability and guarantee people’s health.Currently the Jingyang Fu Tea is in the process of recovery without distinct local tea culture.As an important way to show the tea culture,characteristic tea art shall be necessary to shape the unique Jingyang Fu Tea culture.The Chinese Zither melodies that could heighten the performance atmosphere,deepen the theme and enrich the cultural connotation are commonly chosen as the tea art performance background music,but few possess local art and culture features.Originating from Shaanxi,the Qin zither features primitive and lyrical way of art,which is quite consistent with the historical and quality characteristics of the Jingyang Fu Tea.Qin zither and the Jingyang Fu Tea derive from the same origin,share the same vicissitudes and have complementarity to draw the discussion on the feasibility to integrate them together to promote the Jingyang Fu Tea culture development.It is expected to bring forth more ideas to innovate the Jingyang Fu Tea Art,and inspire creative thoughts on culture contribution to the tea industry development.
