儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征口腔治疗的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,OSAS)是指睡眠期间反复发生上气道阻塞而导致通气障碍,严重影响儿童智力、体格发育及身心健康。儿童OSAS的病因机制复杂,治疗方法繁多,呈现出多学科参与和多学科交叉的发展趋势。随着口腔医学在儿童睡眠医学领域的进一步融合及发展,正畸矫治器及肌功能疗法因其在颅颌面骨骼管理中的优势而在儿童OSAS中的应用越来越广泛,为伴有颌面异常的儿童OSAS患者提供了更多治疗选择。本文就儿童OSAS的病因机制、多学科研究现状及口腔治疗等做一综述。 Pediatric obstructive sleep apnea syndrome(OSAS)is a ventilatory disorder caused by repeated upper airway obstruction during sleep,which seriously affects children’s mental and physical development and other physical and mental health.The etiology and mechanism of pediatric OSAS is complex,and there are many treatment methods,emphasized cross-disciplinary awareness and multiple disciplines involvement.With the further integration and development of stomatology in the field of pediatric sleep medicine,orthodontic appliances and muscle function therapy have been widely used in pediatric OSAS because of their advantages in craniofacial bone management,providing more treatment options for OSAS children with maxillofacial abnormalities.This article reviews the etiological mechanism,multi-disciplinary research status and oral treatment of pediatric OSAS.
