摘要
为了研究高温高湿环境对冷藏车用制冷机组性能的影响,分别在高温环境下对制冷机组压缩机性能、制冷能力以及高湿环境下蒸发器回风温度、结霜情况进行试验.结果表明,高温环境下压缩机吸/排气温度、吸/排气压力大幅升高,制冷能力显著降低,因此在高温环境下必须限定压缩机的最高转速以保证其工作的可靠性;高湿环境会造成制冷机组蒸发器回风温度升高,蒸发器结霜严重,必须缩短制冷机组除霜时间间隔.
In order to study the effect of high temperature and humidity environmenton performance of refrigeration unit for refrigerated van,the compressor performance andthe cooling capacity under high temperature environment,and the return air temperatureof evaporator and the frosting situation under high humidity environment are studied bytest.The results show that under high temperature environment,the compressor suction/discharge temperature and pressure increase greatly,and the cooling capacity decreasesobviously.Thus,the maximum rotation speed of compressor should be limited to ensureits reliability under high temperature environment.Moreover,under high humidity envi-ronment,the return air temperature of evaporator will increase,and the frosting of evapo-rator becomes serious.Therefore,the defrosting interval time should be shortened.
