西南长茄杂交制种技术研究

Studies on Technology for Hybrid Seed Production of Long Eggplant in Southwest China

摘要 以渝茄5号为试材,采用4因素3水平L_(9)(3^(4))正交设计试验,通过比较种子产量、种果数量、单果种子产量,研究不同处理措施对茄子杂交制种产量的影响。结果表明,在9个不同因素组合处理中,处理5〔即种植密度2000株·(667 m^(2))^(-1),去掉第1、2台花,从3台开始蕾期去雄、花期重复授粉〕获得的种子产量最高,为51.74 kg·(667 m^(2))^(-1);极差分析显示,影响制种产量的主次因素是授粉方式>保留商品果>授粉台位>种植密度,且4个因素均对茄子杂交制种产量具有极显著效应。经综合比较分析,在进行规模化茄子杂交制种时,最优的制种方式为种植密度1600株·(667 m^(2))^(-1),去掉第1、2台花,从3台开始蕾期去雄、花期重复授粉。 Taking‘Yuqie No.5’as test material and adopting orthogonal design experiment of 4 factors and 3 levels L_(9)(3^(4)),this paper studied the effects of different treatments on the yield of eggplant hybrid seed production by comparing the seed yield,number of seed fruits,seed output per single fruit.The results showed that among all treatments combined by 9 different factors,treatment 5(planting density 30000 plants·hm^(-2)),taking out the 1st and 2nd branches flowers,starting pollination from the 3rd branches,emasculation in bud stage and re-pollination at flowering stage)obtained the highest yield of seed production 776.1 kg·hm^(-2).The results of range analysis showed that the factors influencing seed production efficiency were pollination mode>reserving commercial fruit>starting branch of pollination>planting density.But,all these 4 factors had extreme significant effect on eggplant hybrid seed production.Comprehensive comparing analysis indicated that the optimum seed production method was planting density 24000 plants·hm^(-2),taking out the first and second branches flowers,starting pollination from the 3rd branches,emasculation in bud stage and re-pollination at flowering stage,when conducting large-scale eggplant hybrid seed production.
