不同时机软通道微创手术对高血压脑出血的疗效 被引量：3

摘要 目的:比较不同时机软通道微创手术对高血压脑出血的疗效。方法:选取2017年5月至2019年5月期间五华县人民医院收治的80例高血压脑出血患者为研究对象,根据发病后实施手术的时间将患者分成两组,发病后7~24 h实施手术治疗患者40例为对照组,发病后24~72 h实施手术治疗患者40例为对照组,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率明显高于观察组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的神经功能缺损(DNS)评分明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后半年,观察组患者的日常生活能力量表(ADL)分级情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高血压脑出血患者在7~24 h内实施软通道微创手术治疗的效果更好。
